Key holding and other services for holiday homeowners

We take care of the keys of your holiday home (50eur/year). If necessary, we deliver them to tenants and pick them up (25eur/time) in the Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa area. Otherwise you can collect them yourself from our office during office hours free of charge.

At the same time, we check that the water, electricity, etc. are turned on and give a short tour to the property. Holiday home cleaning after tenants (price depends on size and time spent, starting at 50€). If you need to fix something in the apartment or get something there, we can take care of that too (price 25 eur/h + possible goods/work to be purchased). VAT 21% is added to all the prices in case you want factura (receipt). We also offer car and bike rental, day trips, etc. for tenants.
